Duluth International Regatta

For over 60 years, the Duluth Rowing Club has hosted teams from throughout the midwest United States and Canada for the annual Duluth International Regatta. Typically held the second Saturday in July, the event attracts 300-400 rowers competing in Junior, Open, and Masters events. Spectators are welcome to enjoy a festive atmosphere and watch exciting races throughout the day.

The 2023 Duluth International Regatta is scheduled for July 15th.

Death Row

Aptly named, Death Row is an 18 mile, 25 kilometer, race upstream on the St. Louis River. The race begins with a mass start in Superior Bay off the Duluth Rowing Club, follows the scenic St. Louis River, and ends near Chambers Grove Park in Fond du Lac. Participants include rowing crews in various boats, 8’s, quads, doubles, and singles, as well as those in kayaks and canoes.

The 2023 Death Row Regatta is scheduled for September 17.
