The Juniors were the overall winners of the DRC Junior-Adult Challenge Regatta held on August 14. Over 50 DRC rowers participated in men’s and women’s singles, doubles, quads, 4’s and 8’s events. For many, this was their first racing experience.
The Junior total total count was 339; adults had 266. Total points for Men’s events, Juniors: 186 and adults: 134.5. For Women’s events, Juniors: 153, Adults: 134.5. At the conclusion of the event, winning crews were recognized and prizes awarded.
