Tops and Bottoms Individual Regatta Registration

1. Submit this form with payment by 10:00 a.m. Thursday July 20, 2023.

2. Help at boat loading on Thursday, July 27, 2023 at 10:00 a.m.

3. Stay at regatta site and help load boats until the trailer is fully loaded and ready for the return trip to Duluth.

4. Emily has made arrangements for a group campsite at the Anicinabe Campground. Folks are welcome to stay at the group campsite for July 27-29. Camping rate is $20/person.

I, the parent, understand that if the rower(s) I am registering are under 18, I am responsible for making sure they have the proper documentation for getting into Canada, and then subsequently back into the United States. This includes:
1. A passport OR
2. If rower(s) don’t have a passport, some form of ID PLUS your birth certificate
AND
3. All who are under 18 must have a letter from your parents/guardians (have all listed) that says you are permitted to travel with Duluth Rowing Club to the Kenora Regatta for July 28-30 with chosen chaperone (list this chaperone). This letter must be notarized by a notary public.

Lastly, I, the parent, I understand that the Duluth Rowing Club and its coaches are not responsible for my child in Kenora or while traveling to or from Kenora. I will take my child to Kenora or send him/her with supervision to a level I, the parent, am comfortable with. Each rowers’ parent, not the DRC coaches, are responsible for their own children.
